Aleska is the National Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP) Program Manager at Curiousli Integrative Wellness, where she leads initiatives to prevent and manage diabetes through evidence-based lifestyle interventions. With a strong foundation in community and family health, she specializes in culturally responsive coaching, helping individuals develop sustainable habits for nutrition, movement, and overall well-being.


Aleska is a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and a Florida Board-Certified Community Health Worker (CCHW), providing expertise in public health, chronic disease prevention, and behavior change. Additionally, she is a NASM Nutrition Coach and holds a master’s degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation from Logan University. Her further training includes maternal, child, and reproductive health, with specialized education in postpartum doula support, Lamaze techniques, and lactation education.


Committed to empowering individuals to take charge of their health, Aleska strives to make diabetes prevention accessible, personalized, and impactful for every participant in the Curiousli Integrative Wellness DPP program.
